A man who failed to stop for police during a cross border hunt is to face court for motoring offences.
The PSNI say that on Monday evening a vehicle failed to stop for police in the area of Letterkenny Road.
“This vehicle was also reported to have been driving dangerously in the city,” said a PSNI spokesperson.
“We had assistance from the Garda from which this vehicle also failed to stop for.
“The PSNI located and seized the vehicle.
“One person was arrested for a number of driving offences and this person has been charged to court.
“Again there is no place for this kind of reckless behaviour in our community,” added the police spokesperson.
