TWO males were plucked from a fire at a house in Co Derry at the weekend.
The Fire and Rescue Serviee say crews from Portstewart, Coleraine and Portrush rushed to the scene when the alarm was raised about 9.30 pm.
A spokesperson said: NIFRS responded to a fire at an end-terraced house at Kenbane Avenue, Coleraine.
“Firefighters wearing breathing apparatus used a jet to extinguish the blaze.
“A 62-year-old man was take to hospital by PSNI for smoke inhalation.
“Crews administered oxygen therapy to a 55-year-old man for mild smoke inhalation at the scene.”
