FIRE crews responded on Sunday afternoon to a single car crash.
The accident happened at Drumsurn Road, Drumsurn, Dungiven just after midday.
The Fire and Rescue Service say: “A 56-year-old woman was out of the vehicle on arrival of FRS.
“The casualty was assessed by ambulance personnel at the scene.
“She was taken to hospital by ambulance.
“Firefighters from Dungiven and Omagh made the scene safe.”
