The serious crime custody suite at Musgrave PSNI station
DETECTIVES from the PSNI’s Terrorist Investigation Unit probing violent dissident republican terrorist activity in Derry have now released a man arrested yesterday.
The 40-year-old was arrested in the Derry area under Section 41 of the Terrorism Act.
He had been taken to the serious crime custody suite at Musgrave PSNI station for questioning.
Police say the man has now been released “unconditionally”.
