City of Derry Airport.
TWO women in their 30s have been arrested on suspicion of endangering an aircraft at the City of Derry Airport.
The pair were removed from a plane that arrived at the airport this morning.
It followed a request from the pilot of the aircraft which was inbound for Derry airport.
A PSNI spokesman said the two women, both aged in their 30s, “were subsequently arrested on suspicion of endangering an aircraft”.
He addedL “They remain in custody at this time.”
