REQUIEM is taking place this morning for Maria Wallis who tragically died this week in a car accident in Donegal.
The 38-year-old died after the car she wasa travelling in hit a parked car on the outskirts of Ballybofey on Wednesday afternoon.
Her remains had been at the home of her mother, Mary Mc Gonigle, 87 Blue Ceders, Ballybofey from 6pm on Thursday, Sept. 22nd until Friday night
Maria’s funeral left her home this morning, Saturday, September 24, at 10.15 am for 11 am Requiem Mass in the Church of Mary Immaculate, Stranorlar.
The remains of the mother of three sons will be interred afterwards in Drumboe Cemetery.
RIP Maria.
The funeral will take tomorrow in Dublin of 19-year-old Kiara Baird who was a passenger in the vehicle.
