DETECTIVES are investigating after a woman has been threatened by armed, masked men at her home in Co Derry last night.
Police said that at around 8.45 pm the menapproached the house in the Ard Na Smoll area of Dungiven and fired a number of shots in the air.
The masked men then fled in waiting a silver coloured 4×4 vehicle.
The woman was not injured in the incident.
Detectives are appealing for witnesses and ask anyone with information to contact Coleraine Police Station on 101, quoting reference number 1263 of 12/10/16.
