Sniffer dog Rosie on the scent of drugs in Derry’s Northern Estates
THE PSNI have trumpeted the return of Rosie the police dog who was on the scent of drugs today.
And she hit a couple of drug dealers where it hurts – in their pockets!
A PSNI spokesperson said: “Rosie was out again with Ballyarnett Neighbourhood Team as we conducted 2 drug house searches in the Northern Estates.
“We didn’t quite get Pablo Escobar but she did her job well and located some Class A and Class B drugs – investigations ongoing.
“I should also give a shout out to Rosie’s Dog Handler – unsurprisingly no one seems interested in him when Rosie is about.”
