TAXI FOR THE PSNI…Police colleagues come to the rescue of colleagues whose car broke down in Derry

A POLICEMAN’S lot is not a happy one.

And it is even less happy when his armoured plated Vauxhall Insigna breaks down….and his police colleagues has to come to his rescue!!

PSNI Foyle posted on its Facebook page a tongue-in-cheek story on the breakdown.

“#EpicFail We are used to helping out the public when they get flat batteries.

“But it is all the sweeter 🍭 when it’s a cop 🚓 you have to rescue.

“This is what you get when you go to an incident and leave your emergency lights 🚨 on for too long! 😂

“Ballyarnett Neighbourhood Team👮🏻 to the rescue!
