SINN Féin Councillor Mickey Cooper welcoming the news that work on the heating system at Conars Court is nearing completion.
Councillor Cooper said: “Like everyone who has been involved in the process of trying to get these repairs done I am glad to hear that we are finally nearly across the line.
“The work should be completed before Christmas which will give residents time to relax over the festive period after what has been a very stressful time over recent months .
“Negotiations with Habinteg, council’s building control department and consultants have borne fruit and have hopefully permanently resolved the long running issues in this complex..”
