TWO people have been rushed to hospital following a serious road traffic collision on the main Derry-to-Belfast road this morning.
The two-vehicle collision happened on the Foreglen Road between Claudy and Dungiven early this morning.
Police said a car and a van were involved in the collision.
The Ambulance Service say it has whisked two people to Altnagelvin Hosptial with “serious injuries”.
The road is closed in both directions.
Diversions are in place and motorists are being warned to expect delays.
