THE Pól Kinsella Cumann will be marking his anniversary today, Tuesday, December 13, with a number of events starting with the Cumann laying a wreath at Pól’s grave in the City Cemetery at 2 pm.
This will be followed by the annual Pól Kinsella soccer competition in Brooke Park from 6 pm – 8 pm.
The presentation of the Pól Kinsella Cup will be made afterwards at a social event in Ráth Mór at 8.30pm.
The Cumann would like to invite everyone to attend this event as a tribute to Pól and his family.
Mr Kinsella died on December 13, 1994 in the Maze prison from leukemia.
