DERRY City’s Austrian winger Lukas Schubert has signed a new 1 year contract which will keep him at the club until the end of the 2017 season.
He told the club’s website Derrycityfc.net: “I have made so many friends in Derry on and off the football field.
“It feels right to sign a new deal in the city that welcomed me so well. We’ve also organized a part time job for my girlfriend.
“That’s important for me to focus on football. I am happy to be back and exited for the upcoming season.”
Everyone at the club is glad to welcome Lukas back and we hope he can continue his form from last season into the 2017 season.
