SEARCHES are continuing today along the River Foyle for missing Jack Glenn.
The first search party left Ebrington Square peace bridge location at 9 am with other teams joining on the hour every hour.
The big search started at 12.00 pm.
His heartbroken mum Hester Glenn posted on her Facebook page this morning: “We need as many people out as possible please the tide will be very low today
“Low tide search Today at 12.00pm
“Briefing below the foyle bridge city side at camp jacko 12.00pm please attend
Thank you one and all for your continued help and support please keep shareing.
“We will bring him home. We are coming to bring you home Jack.”
The family have also been touched and moved by the many messages of support and prayers that Jack will be located and returned to them.
The 23-year-old entered the Rive Foyle on Thursday, February 2.
Since then searches have been taking place on both land and water to try and find him.
Foyle Search and Rescue has also been using sonar equipment in an effort to trace Jack.
