HUNDREDS of people turned out this evening to pay their respects to Martin McGuinness who passed away in the early hours of this morning.
The large crowd of people turned out for the candle lit vigil held at the Grove in Dungive.
East Derry Sinn Fein said it was organised for local people to “to send their condolences and pay tribute to our leader and comrade Martin McGuinness”.
The post on Facebook said: “Thank you Martin for everything.
“Ar dheis Dé go raibh a anam.”
Candle lit vigils were also held in Dublin, Lurgan and Belfast this evening.
