SINN Fein’s new leader in the North will be in Derry this week.

She will be speaking at a major community engagement meeting on the Thurday along with the party’s Donegal TD Pearse Doherty.

Sinn Féin Foyle MLA Raymond McCartney said: “Sinn Féin are organising a series of Community Engagement Meetings across the north, led by the Sinn Féin Leadership.

“These are public meetings, open to everyone and the maximum effort needs to be put in to mobilise for each of them.

“”No other party presents themselves in front of the public like this.

“Our new party leader in the North Michelle O’Neill and Pearse Doherty TD will be the main speakers at the Derry meeting.”

The meeting is being held on Thursday, April 6, in the City Hotel at 7.30 pm.
