A 14-year-old boy has been arrested by detectives in Co Derry “in connection with serious crime,” police have said.
The teenager was detained at Riverside Retail Park in Coleraine earlier today, Thursday, April 6.
The arrest was made by detectives from the PSNI’s Reactive and Organised Crime Branch.
The teen male was taken to the PACE custody suite at Coleraine police station for questioning.
A PSNI spokesman said no further details about the case were being made available at present.
