POLICE are seeking the public’s help in keeping young people out of trouble, and out of the courts, this Easter.
A PSNI Foyle spokesperson said: “Schools are closing down for their Easter break and we need your help to keep them safe over the holidays.
“If you notice any suspicious activity around schools while they are closed, phone us straight away on 101 so that we can prevent any criminal damage or vandalism.”
The spokesperson also had advice for parents and guardians of children.
“Speak to your young people and make them aware of the consequences of getting caught up in antisocial behaviour.
“Know where they are and who they are with when they are not at home.
“We hope everyone has an enjoyable and safe Easter break.
