MAN WANTED ON THREE WARRANTS IN DERRY ARRESTED ORDERING HIS PIZZA

A MAN wanted on three warrants by police in Derry was nabbed this week…..standing in a queue ordering his pizza at Dominos!

It was a chance encounter by police who say they were heading back to base at Strand Road when they noticed the wanted suspect.

PSNI Foyle’s Facebook page now takes up the story:

“This might be classed as helping the ‘enemy’ but it’s simple advice for criminals to avoid arrest.

“Not long ago Ballyarnett Neighbourhood Team were joyfully cruising down Strand Road, ready to get home and get the old PJs on.

“However, there are a few major hazards on Strand Road that Police have to navigate:

1: McDonalds
2: Centra ☕️
3: Dominos Pizza

“These have the power to lure us in when we know we really should be having a slice of toast and a hot Bovril.

“We managed to dodge the first two hazards but ended up crawling past Dominos; imagining the joy of a large stuffed crust Mighty Meaty

“However, our trance was broken when we realised one of our prolific offenders who was wanted on 3 Warrants was stood ordering his Mexican Fiesta.

“It goes without saying that he was checked in to Hotel Strand Road with an anticipated free connection to the all-inclusive Maghaberry resort

“So criminals take note: if you are wanted by Police avoid Burger joints, Pizza houses and Doughnut suppliers.”
