THE Met Office has issued a severe weather warning for heavy rain and thunder in Derry tomorrow.
The yellow weather warning is valid from 1 pm. to 11 pm on Saturday, May 27.
The heavy rain and thunder storms are expected to arrive on Saturday afternoon and last into the evening.
The torrential rain has the potential to result in some localised flooding.
Hail and frequent lighting are also expected.
Motorists are advised to take on the roads in case of flooding.
