FOYLE SEARCH AND RESCUE THANK DERRY PUBLIC FOR HELPING TO RAISE £20,320 DURING STREET BUCKET APPEAL

FOYLE Search and Rescue have been overwhelmed by the generosity of the Derry public.

The people of Derry have donated a staggering £20,320 to FSR during a bucket appeal last week.

The money was collected to help in FSR’s vital work in helping to save lives on the River Foyle.

FSR said on its Facebook page: “We are truly overwhelmed by the generosity and support at our bucket appeal last week.

“From people giving up their time to the generous donations from the amazing people of our city we have no words to describe the generoisty.

“We are so humbled.

“We raised an amazing £20320.

“Thank you.”
