POLICE say they are concerned about the welfare of Kai Mullan from the Waterside area.
A spokesperson said: “Kai may have travelled abroad.
“If anyone has any information about the whereabouts of Kai or has spoken to him recently please contact the Duty Sergeant at Strand Road on 101 quoting reference number ccs 100 23/09/17.”
