A POLICE operation in Derry last night resulted in the arrest of a man as part of a driver against burglars.
PSNI Foyle say on its Facebook page:”As a result of our earlier post in relation to an anti-burglary operation being conducted by LPT, NPT, TSG and Air Support unit, one male has been arrested in the Derry city area for numerous offences including burglary.
“We will continue to target individuals involved in this type of criminality.
“Please continue to report any suspicious activity by calling 101.
“If you have information regarding criminality you can also report it anonymously via crimestoppers by calling 0800 555 111.”
