SINN Féin further and higher education spokesperson Caoimhe Archibald has welcomed the official opening of a new £11m teaching block at the Ulster University’s Magee campus.The East Derry MLA said: “This new facility will be a huge asset for the university, for Derry and indeed the whole north-west.
“It is a major boost for the staff and students at Magee and also bodes well for the university’s expansion plans.
“Facilities like this are vital to ensuring our young people have the best quality teaching environment while also serving the needs of the wider community and supporting economic growth in the region.”
