RELATIVES of victims of the Bloody Sunday massacre have joined taken part in rally today calling for justice for their loved ones.
They were calling for justice for the 14 innocent people shot dead by British Paratroopers in during a civil rights march in Derry on January 30, 1972.
Thousands of people marched through Belfast City Centre to a rallying point at the City Hall at lunch time.
Among those who addressed the assembled crowd was John Kelly.
His 17-year-old brother Michael was shot dead as he stood in front of Rossville flats when British Paratroopers opened fire on a civil rights march.
Speaking at today’s rally, John Kelly told other victims and supporters: “Your presence here today is a great comfort to the families who lost loved ones.
“Justice delayed is justice denied.
“The truth belongs to all.”
