Diarmuid Murphy has worked with the Irish owned retail giant for almost 20 years, fulfilling a number of roles including Food Buyer and Head of Own Label Development before taking up his current role as Head of Department with the award winning Simply Better collection.
Derry City and Strabane District Council Acting Tourism Manager, Jennifer O’Donnell, urged anyone interested in the food and hospitality sector to come to the event and avail of the opportunity to hear from Mr Murphy and other leading industry figures.
