The Brighton defender was named as the Republic of Ireland Senior International Player of the Year.
The £3.4 million Brighton defender has established himself as a key figure in the Irish defence.
James McClean won International Goal of the Year Award.
Seanin Maguire was named the SSE Airtricity League Player of the Year.
