FIFI the dog has been reunited with her owner.
PSNI Foyle had earlier put out an appeal in helping to trace them.
The post read: “Local Policing Team 3 found this little woman wandering around the Skeoge Road this afternoon.
“She has nothing on her to identify her owners and we would love to get her reunited with them!
“She appears to have recently had pups and we are sure they are missing her too!
“If you know who owns her, or if you are her owner she is in the care of Vets4Pets inside pets at home on the crescent link.”
In an update this evening, police say: “Folks, thank you all for your help in relation to the lost dog! Fifi 
🐶 has been returned to her owner!”
