THE ‘house full’ signs are set to be hoisted today by Derry City FC a full 24-hours ahead of the visit of Shamrock Rovers on Friday night (kick off 7.45 pm).
The club’s Commercial Manager Orlaith Meenan has confirmed that the online allocation sold out on Wednesday night leaving only a limited supply of tickets remaining at the usual local outlets.
“Anyone still looking for tickets for the game would need to be very quick because we are literally down to what is left with the regular sellers” she said.
“There will be no tickets available on the night so we would really appeal to our supporters to get theirs now so that they don’t miss out.”
The Dubliners were the last team to beat the Candy Stripes- recording a 6-1 victory at Tallaght at the beginning of March,.
However their respective fortunes have taken a major turn since.
Derry boss Kenny Shiels has appealed for local fans to turn out in their numbers tomorrow night and to lift his team against what remains one of the top outfits in the country.
