IT’S not every day that a bicycle could catch up with a motorbike.
But according to police in Derry, that is what officers on push bikes did yesterday when they spotted a dangerous Kawasaki scrambler raking round Galliagh just as children were coming home from school.

“We chased it down ON OUR BICYCLES 
🚲 – and caught that beast!
“We saw it flying down the black path behind Galliagh Park which was full of kids walking home from school and caught it in Bracken Park.
“It was duly seized and carted away.”
