McCallion welcomes opening of £11m teaching block at Magee

Sinn Féin Foyle MP Elisha McCallion has welcomed the opening of a new £11m teaching block at the Ulster University’s Magee campus next week.

The Foyle MP said: “This new £11m facility will be a huge asset for the university, for Derry and indeed the whole north-west.

“It is a major boost for the staff and students at Magee.

“Facilities like this are vital to ensuring our young people have the best quality teaching environment while also serving the needs of the wider community and supporting economic growth in the region.”
