The festival, which runs from 18th-26th August and is now in its 25th year, culminates with the annual parade this weekend.
The main parade takes place next Saturday, August 25.
Foyle Pride say on its Facebook page: “It’s all getting very serious at camp Foyle Pride!
“Preparations are well under way for the biggest festival in Derry’s calendar – and to make things even better we’re celebrating our 25th Anniversary! I know, we don’t look a day over 18…
“Our festival will run from 18-26th August, with our annual parade happening on Saturday, August 2018, departing from Waterside Train Station at 2 pm and will make its way to the Guildhall Square by our usual route.
“Our parade follows the original Civil Rights March route and we’re honoured that our parade will be led by leaders of the Civil Rights Movement from 50 years ago.
“The parade will be followed by live music on our Main Stage at The Guildhall Square and a family fun day in the Peace Garden.
“Hitmen and Her, Encore Choir and Patrick McDonagh will be headlining so there’s plenty going on to shake your hips to!
“We are working on making Foyle Pride Festival as accessible as possible for all, so a quiet room will be available for use at The Guildhall and disabled toilets are available in The Guildhall and in the Tower Museum.
“Our family fun area at Peace Garden will also provide a more relaxed and spacious area and there is a disabled viewing platform on Guildhall Square with wheelchair access.
“For anybody who would like to take part in the parade but cannot walk it, transport will be provided along the parade – please message the page for more information.
