DERRY athlete Jason Smyth stormed to victory in the T13 100m to secure his second gold medal at the World Para Athletics European Championships in Berlin.
Smyth set a new Championship record of 10.86 in his heat earlier and broke it again in the final in a time of 10.66.
Poland took silver and bronze through Mateusz Michalski (10.99) and Jakub Nicpon (11.33).
It was a staggering 18th major event gold medal for the Derryman, who is now the reigning 100m T13 champion at Olympic, World and European level.
Smith also broke the Championship record while winning the 200m T13 on Tuesday.
