Cattle rustlers hunted after £8,000 worth of livestock stolen from Co Derry field

POLICE are appealing for witnesses following the theft of livestock from a field in Co Derry.

The theft happened on the Station Road, Eglinton some time between 30th September and 9th October.

In total seven cattle worth approximately £8000 were taken.

Anyone with information is asked to call police on the 101 number quoting reference number 729 of 10/10/18.
