Police warning over thieves stealing property from cars in Derry

POLICE in Derry are advising motorists to make sure they lock their cars.

A PSNI Foyle spokesperson said: “We are appealing for residents in the Sandbank Park area of the City to check their vehicles.

“We have received a number of reports of thefts from vehicles in the area.

“If your vehicle has been entered or you saw anything suspicious please ring 101 and quote ref CCS 419 27/10/18.”
