Councillor Campbell said: “It’s great news that the Post Office is opening here.
“It will provide an excellent service for people living in this area. This opening comes just in time for the busy Christmas period.
“We have seen over the past decade how big this area has grown and one of the many complaints I would receive when out and about in the community is the lack of various services for people living in the many developments along Creggan Road.
This will go some way in addressing that balance.
“I would like to wish the owners all the best in this new venture,” added Cllr Campbell.
