Police warning over travelling burglars targeting Derry

THE PSNI are warning the public in Derry to be their guard against burglary targeting premises in the city.

PSNI Foyle say on its Facebook page: “LISTEN UP: We’ve got Info that a travelling organised creeper burglary gang are operating in the North West area, in and around Derry and Donegal.

“These are people who sneak into insecure propertys / cars.

“They will try lots of doors & windows until they find one unlocked.

“Be extra vigilant and report any suspicious activity or vehicles to police immediately on 101 or 999 if an emergency.”
