Road turned into ‘ice rink’ after oil spill in Co Derry

POLICE are urging motorists to slow and drive with extra care following an oil spill in Co Derry.

The PSNI tweeted: “Currently dealing with an oil spill on the Tobermore Road between Tobermore and Maghera near the fly over.

“Already had cars slide off the road.

“Slow up on approach, it’s like an ice rink.”
