THE PSNI has appealed for information after remembrance wreaths at the Cenotaph in Derry were vandalised.
An officer posting on the PSNI Foyle Facebook page said: “It is with total dismay that we find ourselves appealing for witnesses or any information regarding an incident involving the disturbance of remembrances wreaths in the Cenotaph at the Diamond on Sunday 25th November 2018, this occurred early morning at approximately 2am.”
The officer urged anyone with information to contact police on 101 quoting reference number CC550- 25/11/18.
