Edward Meenan was found brutally murdered in the Bogside on Sunday
It follows the brutal death of Edward Meenan in Derry in the early hours of Sunday, November 25.
Two males aged 19 & 17 years old remain in police custody. The 17-year-old was arrested on Tuesday evening for questioning.
A 35 year old woman arrested earlier this week has now been released on bail pending further enquiries.
The body of Mr Meenan was found in an alleyway off Creggan Street in the Bogside at 2.45 am on Sunday morning not far from his home in Little Diamond.
Police say he sustained significant injuries to his head and body.
In a statement earlier on the Tuesday, the family asked for their privacy to be respected and urged anyone with information to give it to detectives.
