DERRY City and Strabane District Council say the Waterside Greenway has re-opened between Gransha and Madam’s Bank Car Park (Waterside end of the Foyle Bridge).
The greenway had been closed for essential maintenance work being carried out by Department for Infrastructure.
That work has now been completed and the council say the greenway is now open and the “perfect space for a winter walk, run or cycle!”
