THE PSNI has launched an investigation after a man was attacked in Co Derry on Sunday night.
The 28-year-old was set upon in the Millrace Drive area of Moneymore at around 10 pm.
He was later taken to hospital for treatment to his injuries
Police are asking anyone with information to contact them on 101, quoting reference 1523 17/03/19.
