Man to appear in court this morning over assault in Derry
As is normal procedure, the charges will be reviewed by the Public Prosecution Service.
The charge is in relation to the report of an incident at the Strabane Old Road in Derry on Thursday, April 25.
A 22-year-old woman was also arrested by detectives investigating the incident.
She has been released on police bail pending further inquiries.
