THIS was the scene after a suspected drunk driver crashed into the front garden of a family home in Co Derry.
A driver was arrested for driving with excess alcohol and a number of driving offences after the incident in Maghera on Monday.
An officer, posting on PSNI Magherafelt’s Facebook page, said: “While you were sleeping, crews dealt with this mess out in Maghera.
“Looks like some remote wood but it is in fact the front garden of a family home.
“Very fortune the car didn’t end up inside the house.
“Yet again we have one arrested for excess alcohol and a number of driving offences.”
