EBA 2020 was launched in 2016 to reach out to sections of the community who wouldn’t traditionally take part in physical activity in a bid to get them ‘more active more often’.
It specifically targets women and girls, people with a disability, those living in areas of greatest social need, young people leaving education and those retiring from work to offer them a range of activities at a time and place that suits their schedule.
The workshops will provide an overview of the grant aid programmes and provide clubs with an opportunity to gain further advice on specific applications, ideas and queries.
The workshops will all take place at 7.30pm on the following dates and venues: Foyle Arena – Tuesday July 16th, Brooke Park – Wednesday July 17th, Derg Valley Leisure Centre – Thursday July 18th, Melvin Sports Complex Strabane – Monday July 22nd.
Applications will be accepted from Monday July 22nd 2019 at 10am until Wednesday August 14th at 3pm.
