Switch Business Systems provide Integrated accounts and management software systems, complete network solutions and comprehensive cyber security cover throughout Ireland, all fully supported by our in-house support service.
As a result of expansion, the company is now recruiting for an IT Systems Technician and an Office Administrator to join their team.

IT Systems Technician
The required candidate will have experience in the following areas.
Hardware:
• Server Configuration & Management: Both On premises and Cloud
• Competent in the configuration and management of network firewall appliances
• Wired and wireless network Configurations
• Desktop Installation & Configuration
• Troubleshoot and repair of all above
Software:
• Active Directory – Windows Server OS – Administering, understanding of group policy etc.
• Supporting windows-based client environments (virtualised and cloud based)
• Knowledge of server/client security systems (desktop and server)
• Understanding of backup and disaster recovery provisions.
• Microsoft Office Software (365)
• Exposure to system monitoring and Helpdesk software
The required candidate must possess all the following:
• 3rd Level Computing Qualification
• Must have previous experience in a similar environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Ability to Project manage
• Proven ability to work well under pressure
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Must have a valid full driving Licence
• Be willing to travel with work throughout Ireland and the U.K
• Out of hours working will be required at times as we are a customer support-based company

Office Administrator
We wish to recruit a reliable Accounts Payable/Office Administrator.
The roles will include:
• Accounts Processing
• Maintaining Sales and Purchase Ledger
• Payments & Receipts
• Bank Reconciliation
• Vat reconciliation
• PAYE Processing
• Credit/Debit Control
• Timesheet Control
• Liaison with workflow manager
• HR Responsibilities
• Customer Support and helpdesk
• Support other staff roles within the team
Candidates will require the following:
• Accounts/bookkeeping Qualification.
• Must have previous experience in similar environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Proven ability to work well under pressure
• Microsoft Office Proficient
• Experience in the use of accounts software
• Ability to Work as part of a team
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
