Tractor run helps raise generous £3,750 donation for Altnagelvin intensive care unit

THE Western Trust says it has received a very welcome donation from the family of a woman who sadly passed away in Altnagelvin Hospital earlier this year..

A spokesperson said: “Our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) in Altnagelvin Hospital received a generous donation of £3,750 from the family of Shauna Sherrard, who sadly passed away in ICU in January.

“The money was raised from a Tractor Run that took place at McCourt’s Bar in Ardmore.

“The presentation was made by Amanda Sherrard, Niamh Ward and Rebecca Duddy to ICU staff.”
