Police attacked with up to 40 petrol bombs in Derry in September as ATO examined command wire bomb found in parked car
It follows the discovery of an improvised explosive device in September this year.
The device, which was fitted with a command wire, was found inside a car parked in a driveway.
A report will now be submitted to the Public Prosecution Service for the offences of riotous behaviour, criminal damage and throwing petrol bombs.
Police were attacked with up to 40 petrol bombs during the bomb clearance operation.
