THE Lake of Shadows Hotel in Buncrana, Co. Donegal has announced a team expansion with a number of vacancies.
The well-established boutique hotel has opportunities for a full-time Receptionist, part-time Digital and Social Media Marketing Specialist and part-time Food and Beverage Assistants.

Full-Time Experienced Receptionist required
Shift work including Saturdays and or Sundays.
Main responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of Reception and Reservations
- Update hotel booking system and all third party systems
- Promote an efficient and friendly service on the phone and face to face with customers
- Manage all group reservations
- Excellent customer service
Requirements:
- Experience required
- Experience in PMS/Diary systems
- Strong communication Skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Part-Time Digital and Social Media Marketing Specialist
(approx 15hrs per week)
Main responsibilities:
- Implementing and reporting Online Marketing Campaigns including AdWords
- Online research for campaign projects and briefs
- Creating social media ad campaigns and posts on relevant social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram)
- Writing blog posts and other web content
- Maintaining SEO across content, design, social media, and other activities
- Additional marketing tasks
Requirements:
- 3rd level qualification in Digital marketing beneficial
- Experience working with ICT, HTML and CSS an advantage
- Organised, enthusiastic person with a passion for digital marketing
- Ability to work to own initiative in a fast paced environment
Part-Time Food and Beverage Assistants
Working hours: Shift work including Saturdays and Sundays.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work well in a team
