Police at scene of security alert in Derry over suspicious object

POLICE are currently at the scene of a security alert in the Waterside area of Derry.

The alert follows follows the discovery of a suspect device in the Caw Close area.

No homes have been evacuated at this time.

British Army Technical Offices have been tasked to the scene.
